A LITTLE BIT ABOUT DALTON…

Dalton Slavens was raised in a small town in Oklahoma called Glencoe. Dalton became a Christian in his early 20’s. He has served as a young adult leader and youth leader in the church before coming to Kona Baptist Church. Upon graduation from Eternity Bible College in 2020, Dalton has served as Ministry Associate and ordained to the gospel ministry in 2023. In October of 2021, Dalton began serving as NAMB Journeyman for the Big Island.  His work involves partnering with churches and pastors in compassion ministries.

He and his wife Kristen moved to the Island of Hawaii in 2015. Kristen worked as an Elementary teacher at Kealakehe for five years and is a mother to their three young boys and their beautiful daughter. His hobbies include going to the beach with his family, reading, going on adventures, and playing sports.
